Our Process
We conduct both executive and specialized searches through a structured, five-phase process designed to ensure clarity, alignment, and results:
01 Governance
We share best practices to lay the foundation for the search while guiding the formation of a search or pulpit committee and reviewing key bylaws, and denominational governance procedures.
04 Selection
We support the interview and selection process by facilitating interviews, conducting assessments and background checks, and assisting with offer negotiations to ensure a confident and successful hire.
02 Analysis
As part of our search analysis and storytelling process, we conduct documentation reviews, interviews, surveys, and assessments to create both a Church Profile and a Candidate Profile that guide the search.
05 Onboarding
We help candidates navigate a healthy onboarding process by designing customized plans that clarify roles and expectations, followed by a six-month evaluation to assess the transition and ensure long-term success.
03 Recruitment
We search for and engage both active and passive candidates—often the best fit isn’t job-seeking—by networking with trusted leaders across the state, region, and denomination to find those who align with your culture, mission, vision, and values.
