Background
Jarrett is a seasoned designer, researcher, and musician with over a decade of experience in User Experience (UX) and product design. His career includes collaborations with global design agencies, Fortune 500 companies, churches, and nonprofit organizations. He has also served on the Graphic Design Advisory Board at Northern Virginia Community College, where he contributed to the advancement of design education.
His approach to design is rooted in systems thinking, storytelling, and a commitment to uncovering clarity within complexity. Jarrett holds a UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group, as well as certificates in Biblical Studies and Biblical History from the AWKNG School of Theology, reflecting his interdisciplinary curiosity and thoughtful perspective. His work is shaped by a deep interest in the philosophy of design and its strategic value across both business and faith-based contexts.
Beyond his professional work, Jarrett is an avid songwriter and a dedicated student of ancient Near Eastern studies. He is also a lifelong admirer of J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings, drawn to its themes of courage, order, and the quiet strength of the faithful.
He lives in Virginia with his wife, Jess, and their five children: Seraph Gabriel, Lyric Shay, Memphis Jude, Haven Grey, and Sage Eden.
