Dr. Jeff Lee

Jeff brings over two decades of experience in ministry, coaching, and consulting to help churches, leaders, and organizations thrive through seasons of change and growth. With a heart for the local church and a sharp eye for strategy, Jeff specializes in church staffing, leadership transitions, and pastoral well-being.

His background as a missionary, pastor, and campus minister gives him a unique ability to connect with leaders at every level. Jeff has served in both the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) and the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA), leading congregations in Virginia and Pennsylvania, training university leaders, and hosting regional pastor retreats that offer vital care and renewal for ministry leaders.

As a consultant with Deloitte, Jeff guided complex change initiatives for commercial, state, and federal clients. His work ranged from multi-million dollar transformation efforts to focused leadership development and staff well-being programs. He knows how to help teams navigate transition—whether in the church or the marketplace—with clarity and purpose.

Jeff is also a professionally certified coach (ICF), walking alongside pastors, boards, and teams as they discern next steps and build healthier systems. His doctoral research focused on pastoral succession, uncovering best practices in leadership handoffs and transition planning.

Rooted in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Jeff serves on the Cumberland and Perry County Mental Health and IDD Advisory Board. He and his wife, Alisha, are raising three children and remain deeply invested in the flourishing of their local community and the global church.
